Return Policy

WEB STORE RETURN POLICY:

• Online returns can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a refund or store credit. 
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
• Jewelry and shoes must be returned in original packaging in perfect condition
• Sale items, specical orders, ceramics, beauty, fragrance, lingerie, swimwear, promotions and exchanges are final sale.
• Gift Exchanges must have a gift receipt.
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 
• All returns must be pre-authorized by A.CHENG; Once an RA# has been issued, you may send it to our location within 14 days of order receipt for processing
