WEB STORE RETURN POLICY:

  • Full price merchandise purchased online mus be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
  • Jewelry and shoes must be returned in original packaging in perfect condition
  • Sale items, specical orders, ceramics, beauty, fragrance, lingerie, swimwear, eyewear, promotions and exchanges are final sale.
  • Gift Exchanges must have a gift receipt.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. All returns must be pre-authorized by A.CHENG; Once an RA# has been issued, you may send it to our location within 14 days of order receipt for processing
  • Holiday gifts: Follows above rules. Must be returned.exchanged by Jan 10th 2026 with gift reciept.
